Delete your Mojiya account

A Mojiya account exists only if you signed in to buy or download the course. The free lessons need no account.

In the app

Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion happens at once.

Without the app

Email support@mojiya.app from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my Mojiya account”. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• The account, and its link to your Google sign-in.
• The record of which course licence the account holds.
• RevenueCat’s record of the account, which we ask them to delete.

What is not

• Your reviews, settings and files on your device. They never left it.
• Google Play’s record of your purchase, which Google keeps under its own terms. To cancel a subscription, use Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
